How do you earn bonus points?
You automatically receive 1 bonus point for each privately paid session. Once you have accumulated a certain number of treatments, these bonus points are multiplied by a loyalty factor. The points are credited to your account when you settle your bill. Our reception staff will be happy to provide you with information about your accumulated points balance at any time.
What is the value of 1 bonus point?
1 Healing Gallery bonus point is worth € 1.00. Redeem your points for
- admission,
- therapies, or
- various items from our shop .

1 treatment = 6 or more sessions
From the 60th treatment onwards, you will receive one treatment (average number of sessions during the last 3 stays) per year free of charge.
Example: You receive 3 bonus points per session from the 12th treatment on: for a treatment with 10 sessions, that's 30 bonus points.

General Terms and Conditions
- Bonus points are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and can only be redeemed on site.
- No bonus points will be credited for bonus services that have been used.
- Eligibility of Healing Gallery bonus points begins on January 1, 2008.
- Unfortunately, the bonus cannot be credited retrospectively for past recommendations.
- Only the electronically recorded data of the Healing Gallery bonus program in our IT system will be used.
- Partner companies and employees of the Gastein Healing Gallery are excluded.
- Welcome Bonus only valid when booking therapy sessions.
